Overview

Cosmic Rift Rangers (“the game”) is a single-player Android game. Save data is stored locally on the device (user://save.json).

This policy applies to the Google Play Android build. There is no account system and no first-party analytics.

Data we collect

The game does not collect personal information, accounts, or first-party analytics.

Local save data

Progress (heroes, currencies, cosmetics, achievements, settings, challenges) is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes this data unless you have a device backup.

Ads and internet

Version 0.5.2 uses optional rewarded ads (AdMob). The Android build requests the INTERNET permission so an ad can load when you tap Watch Ad.

  • Ads are rewarded only. There are no banners or interstitial ads.
  • Personalized ads are off (non-personalized extras, npa=1).
  • The game does not embed analytics, crash reporters, or ad mediation.
  • Rewards are convenience or cosmetics (Warp Boost, Prism Dust, FX, challenge rerolls). They never grant combat power.

Google’s AdMob SDK may process limited technical data to deliver the ad. See Google’s ads policies for that processing.

Children’s privacy

The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated when online services change. The in-game version and this document’s date will change together.
