1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stellar Observatory Google Play build ("the Game") published by pulseofthemgts ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. Your use of the Game is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the Game or any part of it except as permitted by law.

3. Eligibility

The Game is not directed to children under 13. By playing, you confirm you are old enough to form a binding agreement in your country, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Purchases and ad-supported rewards may have additional age requirements set by Google Play.

4. Virtual items & Stellar Credits

Stellar Credits and other in-game items are a limited, personal, revocable license to use virtual content within the Game. They are not real money and have no cash value.
Virtual items cannot be transferred, sold, traded, or exchanged for real-world money or anything of value outside the Game.
Virtual items exist only within your game save. If your save is lost, reset, or deleted (see the Data Deletion page), any associated virtual items are lost with it.
We may adjust, rebalance, expire, or remove virtual items and their prices at any time as part of updates and game balancing.

5. Promotional reward — 5 free Stellar Credits

From time to time we offer promotional rewards. The current promotion is:

Reward: 5 free Stellar Credits, delivered in-game to your active save.
Where delivered: The reward is granted in-game only. It is added to your Stellar Credits balance in the Game; no cash, gift card, or off-platform payout is provided.
Eligibility: Available to players of the Google Play build who meet the conditions shown in the offer (for example, completing the indicated in-game action or promotional step). Limit one reward per player/save unless the offer states otherwise.
Delivery: Credits are normally added immediately after the qualifying action. Delivery may be delayed by connectivity or processing; if credits do not appear, restart the Game or contact us.
No cash value: The 5 Stellar Credits are a virtual item under Section 4. They have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable.
Changes: We may modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time without notice. We may withhold or revoke rewards obtained through error, fraud, abuse, automation, or violation of these Terms.
Not sponsored by Google: This promotion is offered by pulseofthemgts and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Google.

6. In-app purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (such as the Supporter Edition and Stellar Credit packs) processed entirely by Google Play Billing. Prices are shown before purchase. Purchases unlock virtual content and are generally final. Refund requests are handled under Google Play's refund policies; we do not process card payments directly. You are responsible for any charges made through your Google account.

7. Advertising & rewarded ads

Some builds include optional rewarded video ads (for example, offline bonuses or free credits). Watching ads is always optional and never required to play. Ads are served by Google AdMob and its partners; see our Privacy Policy for details on ad data.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, use unauthorized third-party tools, tamper with save data or billing, or otherwise interfere with the Game or other players. We may suspend access or revoke virtual items (including promotional credits) obtained through such conduct.

9. Save data & availability

Progress is stored on your device and, optionally, in Google Play Games cloud backup. We do not operate game servers and cannot recover local saves that are deleted or lost. We may update, change, or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time.

10. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pulseofthemgts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, virtual items, or progress, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
